Mailer Stops Sending any email - RCPT errors
In an attempt to reduce SPAM stemming from their networks, many ISP's are updating their SMTP servers. Typically these changes include enforced Authentication and connections on channels besides Port 25. These mechanisms ensure that all users of their servers are actually clients. If you have been using Mailer successfully for months or even years, yet Mailer has suddenly stopped sending email with 'Connection' and 'RCPT' errors, you most likely have been affected by this change and need to contact your ISP for updated SMTP server settings.

We strongly encourage all License holders to upgrade to Mach5 Mailer 4.5. Mailer 4.5 supports additional Encryption and Authentication methods, adds the ability to change from Port 25 for Regular Licenses (previously Gold only), and features SMTP Auto-Detection which greatly simplifies SMTP configuration. Mach5 Mailer 4.5 is a free upgrade for all 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3 License holders.

Customers with Mailer 2.x or 3.x Licenses can upgrade to Mach5 Mailer 4.5 at a substantial discount. 60% of your original purchase is credited towards Mailer 4.5. Your original OrderID and Email address are all you need to obtain your discount. You can find these on the "My Mach5' Software Pickup page. Mach5 Mailer 4.5 also includes many more improvements than those listed above.
