Parsing
Hi

When I try to send an email I get the following:

[30/03/2012 12:12:20] Log started
[30/03/2012 12:12:20] Start sending...
-------- Retry 1 of 3 --------
[30/03/2012 12:13:35] pamela@thebaptistcentre.org, Message sent
[30/03/2012 12:13:35] Complete.
-------- Statistics --------
92 messages in the data source
1 messages prepared for parsing (the rest was excluded or did not match filter or had SKIP command)
1 messages successfully parsed
1 messages successfully sent
0 messages failed, including
0 with failed attachments
0 during connection phase
0 during transmission phase
0 messages failed during post-process phase
----------------------------
[30/03/2012 12:13:35] Saving results...
[30/03/2012 12:13:35] Done.
[30/03/2012 12:13:35] Log finished

How do I get the rest of the messages included??

Hi, William,

There could be a number of reasons why the messages aren't being sent.

a) You could be using an "exclusion list" of emails not to send
to (or possibly a list of emails from the last run that were already
emailed from then)

b) You could have some filter rules set up in your scripting (not
very likely but Mailer does support that)

I sent you an email in response to your question, as well-- let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi, I'm not using any of these, but I got ...

250 messages in the data source
209 messages prepared for parsing (the rest was excluded or did not match filter or had SKIP command)
204 messages successfully parsed
204 messages successfully sent
0 messages failed, including
0 with failed attachments
0 during connection phase
0 during transmission phase
0 messages failed during post-process phase

Where else can I check?

Cheers!
Ambros

Hello? Anybody there?

OK, I figured it out. My non-profit registration code limits to 200. Back in the early days, we could email each other. This forum support is frustrating and disappointing.
